1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility.

We offer the following shipping options within the USA:
Standard Shipping: $8.00 (Delivers in 3–7 business days)
Free Standard Shipping: Available on all orders over $99.99
Ground Advantage: Calculated at checkout
Priority Mail: Calculated at checkout
Priority Mail Express: Calculated at checkout
    3. International Shipping, Tracking & Support

    International Shipping: Available to [select countries/worldwide], with rates calculated at checkout (7–21 business days delivery). Customers are responsible for customs and import duties.
    Tracking & Issues: A tracking link is emailed upon dispatch. For lost or damaged packages, contact us at ajl.lambertsen@gmail.com so we can assist.
